Judy C. TaylorStoryteller, speaker, teacher and writer…. In these roles I share the joy of my journey as I discover God in ordinary days.   I invite women to join me in living out the promises and provisions of God’s Word in daily life.  It is my desire to engage women of all ages and challenge them to discover God’s purpose for their life.  I have served in women’s ministry for sixteen years.  Over the years it has given me great pleasure to walk alongside women as they mature in their faith and experience a growing personal, intimate relationship with Jesus Christ.  My greatest treasure is the knowledge I am loved, forgiven and redeemed by my Savior, Jesus Christ.

For the past three years I have had a passion to speak to individuals, churches and organizations regarding issues of poverty and opportunities to make an impact in the lives of the unemployed and underemployed in our communities.  I believe we need to seek ways to engage, encourage, and train those in need to “catch a fish.”  Give a man a fish, you feed him for a day.  Teach a man to catch a fish, you feed him for a lifetime.

I hold an advanced diploma as a Christian Life Coach and continue to pursue life coach training.

I live in the Sand Hills of North Carolina, with my husband, Tom.    Together we have trained two therapy dogs and rescued numerous other pets.

What I believe ….

I became a Christian at nine years of age accepting Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior.  Growing up I loved singing hymns that told of God’s love for me and offered praises to Him.  In my early twenties, I no longer attended church.  My life was not pleasing to God.  Being broken, lonely and confused by the world,  I returned to seek an intimate relationship with my Lord and Savior.  He had been waiting for my return with outstretched arms all along.  Now I seek to live my life to glorify and honor God.  I am so amazed God would love me, imperfect me, and send His Son, Jesus Christ, to suffer and die on the cross that my sin would be covered by the shedding of His blood.  I hold to the fact that no man is able to save himself.   I believe John 14:6.  Jesus Christ, the Son of God, is the Way, the Truth, and the life.  I believe no one comes to the Father except through Him.

Sister In Truth Ministry….

As women today, I believe we are hungry for community.  Sister In Truth meets that need for community.  It is a wonderful way for women to come together to share life experiences, provide a place of support and encouragement, and most importantly, share the truth we discover in God’s Word.  Sister In Truth ministry focus is on seeking the TRUTH of God’s Word and living lives that reflect that TRUTH.  Plans for a small group leaders retreat and a Sisters in Truth Conference are in the works for 2017.  Be sure to enter your email address in the Subscribe to Blog box located in the right top margin of this page to receive notice of upcoming events.  If you have questions about Sisters In Truth, please send them to me by completing the email contact form below or click on the Contact Me tab at the top of the page.
